The developer of the Green Office complex in Krakow, the Buma Group, has reported handing over the second office building of this development to Motorola Solutions Systems Poland. Motorola signed lease agreements with the Buma Group for two office buildings within the Green Office project, totalling 11,300 m2 of office space. The first of them, 8,000 m2 in area, had been handed over to the tenant in May. Now Motorola has taken over Building A, 3,300 m2 in area. The Green Office development is managed by Buma Service, a member of the Buma Group. It is located in Czerwone Maki St. in Krakow. It comprises three four-storey class-A office buildings with the total space of 21,300 m2. April saw the start of the construction of the last of three stages – Building C. Its completion is scheduled for July 2012.
