And while one can only dream about a place for an office in a modern building with parking places and all that located in the city's downtown area, when considering locations in a considerable distance from the city centre, one can pick and choose from several offers. For example, Bonarka 4 Business, one of the large shopping and office complexes, has recently started sale again, announcing that 60% of its office space has already been leased out. On the other hand, the best-known deal of the year was leasing 10,000 sq.m. of office space in Quattro Business Park by Capgemini.
In total, at the end of the first quarter, Kraków was offering 366,500 sq.m. of modern office space, while about 24,000 sq.m. are to be completed by the year end. Yet, one can distinguish only three locations, which concentrate almost 30 percent of the city's office market. They are: GTC Korona, Buma Square, and Kraków Business Park in Zabierzów near Kraków.
