GROUP.

British

on social
housing
area
in the
UK.
HOUSING
CORPORATION
is a
key
subject
in the
social
housing
in the
UK,
administering
the
realization
of 30
of 120
thousand
new
flats
constructed
in this
country.
We are
interested
in new
technologies,
enabling
the
rapid
development
of habitable
schemes.
The
new
construction
method,
invented
in Kraków
–
allows
to achieve
a very
interesting
result
within
a short
period
of time
–says
Julie
Hollyman,
the
chairman
of HYDE
GROUP
supervisory
board.
The
buildings
shall
be erected
in Southwark,
London
at Wyndham
Road.
They
are
addressed
to the
clients,
for
whom
the
purchase
of the
house
is not
affordable-
first
of all
the
key
workers
- employed
in public
services
: e.g.
teachers,
nurses,
policemen
officials
etc.
BUMA
GROUP
has
already
completed
two
schemes,
prefabricated
at Buma
factory
with
application
of modular
technology.
The
buildings
were
erected
at Barling
Court,
London.
I talked
to the
inhabitants
and
they
pointed
out
no objections
–
says
Julie
Hollyman.
There
are
no objections
to the
technology,
we inspected
no drawbacks.
The
schemes
were
designed
by Andrzej
Ogorzałek,
whose
London
PCKO
Architect
office
is considered
as most
titled
in the
UK (winner
of the
most
prestigious
prize
in habitable
architecture
throughout
UK).
