The Buma Group has commissioned the second stage of the Green Office development in Krakow. Building A has been handed over to the exclusive tenant - Motorola Solutions Systems Polska.
Motorola has entered into agreements with the Buma Group to lease the total of 11,300 m2 in the two Green Office buildings. The office block of 8,000 m2 was handed over to the tenant in May. On the 17th of October, Motorola accepted a building of 3,300 m2. The ground floor of the building houses conference rooms and a cafeteria, while upper stories are designed as open space offices, meeting rooms and server rooms. Altogether over 1,000 staff can ultimately work at the two buildings.
The Green Office development is located in Czerwone Maki St., Krakow and comprises three four-storey buildings with the total lettable space of 21,300 m2. The construction of the last, 3rd stage started in April. Its completion is scheduled for July 2012. The Development is managed by Buma Service.
