Kraków-based Grupa Buma is starting the construction of Osiedle Familijne, a residential estate on ul. Dobrego Pasterza in Kraków. The three residential buildings are to contain 320 homes in total. In the first stage of the project, which should be completed in Q2 2012, 90 apartments are to be built. Also in Kraków, the construction of the 'B' building of the Quattro Business Park (11,800 sqm) is now underway. The building, designed by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates, should be ready by the end of the year. Also this year, the construction of the Green Office development should be completed, which is to be made up of three buildings with a combined area of 21,300 sqm. In May the 'B' building (8,000 sqm) should be ready, followed by the 'A' building (3,300 sqm) in November. The two buildings are to be leased by Motorola Polska.
