Green Office is located in Kraków, at 82 Czerwone Maki St., in a quiet and green neighbourhood. In a distance of about 4 km from the site, there is A4 motorway, the Kraków's ring road, which considerably facilitates road communication within the city itself, as well as to exit routes from Kraków towards Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław, Rzeszów, and Kraków-Balice airport.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The site, on which Green Office will be built, is located in the centre of an area, where the Jagiellonian University along with independent business establishments concentrate their scientific research and innovation development potentials.
Facilities in the direct proximity of the Green Office complex include Motorola Software Group – Poland office complex, Data Processing Centre of the Onet.pl Group, as well as the Life Park Science laboratory and office complex, developed by the Jagiellonian Centre of Innovation.

The said area is located in the direct neighbourhood of Kraków's Special Economic Zone. Based on separate arrangements, it is possible to have tenants' activities included under the Special Economic Zone operation system.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The implementation of development plans of the public transport network in the city provides for the construction of a fast tram route in Bobrzyńskiego Street, with the extension of the latter, which will greatly facilitate travelling between the complex and the city centre (Bobrzyńskiego Street being ca. 200 m from the Green Office complex).

Scheduled dates concerning the fast tram and Bobrzyńskiego street extension projects:
•2010: project preparatory works, obtaining the administrative decisions and the building permit, awarding construction contracts
•2010-2012: construction of the fast tram route
