The Green Office Development is a complex of three buildings of a cosy appearance, whose office windows offer beautiful views of Bielany and the Kościuszko Mound.

The complex will be implemented in three stages:

Building A – 3 300 m² - commissioned
Building B – 8 000 m²  - commissioned

Building C – 10 000 m² - under construction

Motorola Solutions has leased altogether 11,300 m2 of office space in the Green Office development. In May 2011, it moved into Building B, the first one commissioned, in which it occupied 8,000 m2.  This October, after Building A is commissioned, Motorola will occupy another 3,300 m2.

Building C, of 10,000 m2, is currently under construction and represents the last stage of this project. It is scheduled for commissioning in 2012. At present, the building is under commercialisation.

The grounds development includes:
internal greenery
a system of internal roads and pedestrian pavements
ground-level car parks
technical infrastructure

Greenery plays a special role in this development (biologically active area represents as much as 30%) and contributes to creating an appealing working environment for the future tenants.

Offices represent the overwhelming majority of the buildings’ space. The modular layout of the space enables its custom fitting to the office functions required by the tenants. The central patios of buildings B and C maximise daylight access to the offices on the floors.

Support functions in the development will be provided by service units: a self-service cafeteria and a newsagent’s.

Green Office will have 600 parking places, including:
180 on the ground level
420 in an underground garage
