Bumati are exclusive, all-year-round module facilities of various designations, distinguished by their very modern forms and top quality workmanship.
The Bumati homes are composed of the co-called volumetric modules. Those modules are elements, which are manufactured in the factory together with their elevations, windows and doors, as well as water, sewage, electrical and heating systems. Next the ready homes are transported to the site, and erected there. The investment cycle lasts 3-4 months from the signing of the contract, while it takes up to 5 working days to erect a ready home on the Client's land plot.
The architecture of Bumati homes is, first of all, flat roofs, glazed areas up to the full interior height, and modern elevation cladding of ecological HPL panels and exotic wood.
Home interiors were created in cooperation with leading interior design architects and design offices:
• Mofo Architects
• Signatura Remi & Gile Design Office
• Architect Ola Wołczyk
• Architect Beata Kołątaj
Owing to that, each building has gained an individual character. Their integral features include simplicity, modernity and functionality.
