Clients’
interest
in flats
offered
by Social
Building
Associations
(TBS)
continues
to grow.
There
is a
dozen
or so
of such
Associations
operating
in Kraków
itself.
The
largest
of them
(as
far
as the
number
of completed
flats
is concerned)
is the
Kliny-Zacisza
S.A.
A
Weekend
with
a Building
Association Such
was
the
motto
of the
event,
organised
on 19
and
20 October
2002
by the
TBS
Kliny-Zacisze
S.A.
Social
Building
Association,
to promote
the
purchase
of flats
under
the
TBS
scheme.
Participants
were
able
to take
attend
a series
of lectures
and
thus
to obtain
a comprehensive
information
on the
TBS.
"Why
is it
worth
to live
in a
TBS
flat?
How
do I
get
money
for
the
TBS
participation
share?
How
to sell
or inherit
a TBS
flat?
–
those
were
only
some
of the
topics
covered
by the
discourse
"All
about
the
TBS."
People
interested
in the
acquisition
of flats
from
the
TBS
Kliny-Zacisze

Social

Association
could
familiarise
themselves
with
detailed
offers
during
the
fair
of available
flats,
organised
in the
Company’s
seat
in 8W
Wadowicka
Street,
and
to visit
housing
estates
and
flats
directly
at their
construction
sites.
Currently,
TBS
Kliny-Zacisze
S.A.
is constructing
two
large
housing
estates,
called
the
"Pod
Klombami"
and
the
"Halszki." The
first
of them
is developed
in the
Kraków’s
district
of Rżąka,
in the
quarter
enclosed
within
the
Rydygiera,
Jakubowskiego,
and
Schweitzera
Streets.
Six
segments
of the
estate
will
house
flats
with
the
surface
area
of 26.3
to 93.5
m2,
also
including
the
double-level
ones.
In the
vicinity,
there
is a
school,
a kindergarten,
shops
and
a clinic.
More
than
200
families
are
expected
to live
there
by December
2002. The
second
project
is a
modern
housing
complex
in the
district
of Kurdwanów,
in Halszki
Street.
The
project’s
goal
is to
construct
16 multi-family
buildings,
with
208
flats,
of the
surface
areas
from
32 to
59.2
m2.
Close
to the
estate,
there
is a
well-established
commercial
infrastructure,
as well
as schools
and
kindergartens.
The
construction
of the
estate
will
be completed
in April
2003. All
buildings
are
constructed
with
the
use
of a
modern,
energy-saving
technology.
The
flats
will
be furnished,
among
other
things,
with
their
own
water,
electricity
and
district
heat
meters,
and
kitchens
will
have
electric
stoves
and
drainboard
sinks.
Floors
in rooms,
halls
and
service
premises
will
be covered
with
carpet
flooring,
kitchens
will
have
panel
flooring,
while
glazed
tiles
will
be applied
in bathrooms.
