The Buma Group started the construction of the third stage of the Green Office development at Czerwone Maki St. in Kraków. The four-storey office building will house 10,000 sq.m. of lettable space. It is to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2012. The entire development comprises three building with 21,300 sq.m. of lettable space. The first two have been leased by Motorola.
