The Buma Group to construct an apartment complex in Kraków of the surface area of 17,000 sq.m. The Buma Group has commenced preparation for the construction of an apartment complex in Dobrego Pasterza Street in Kraków. The framework of the project of the name of the Osiedle Familijne estate provides for three buildings with 320 apartments of the total surface area of ca. 17,000 sq.m. The first stage includes a building with 90 apartments in it. The design of the complex was prepared by PA Wizja and APA Jar design offices. The completion deadline for the first stage has been scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2012.
Alternatively, as wadvised in PREM 551, the company has also been considering an option of developing the real property of 1.2 hectares with an office complex (two 7-storey buildings, each of them 30 m in height, supplemented with an underground car park for 500 vehicles).
