The Buma Group as the investor of Quattro Business Park office complex in Kraków announces that in early May it launched the construction of stage II of the complex. That stage covers the second out of four office buildings, each of them fourteen-storey high. The building will be completed and put into use by the end of 2011. Its leasable surface area amounts to 12,000 m2. The building will be erected close to Building A, which is scheduled to be opened in September 2010.
The main tenant in the first office building is Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. The Buma Group and Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. have concluded a contract of lease concerning 10,000 m2 of office space in Building A. Total leasable surface area of the whole complex will be 48,000 m2. The construction of Quattro Business Park, a Class A office complex, has been split into four stages, and the completion of the whole project by Buma Contractor, the General Contractor for the project and, at the same time, one of the companies from the Buma Group, is scheduled for 2013. The complex has been designed by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates design office.
