The
Largest
TBS
Housing
Estates
in the
Małopolska
Region Last
Saturday
and
Sunday,
there
was
a "TBS
Weekend,"
an event
organised
by the
Kliny-Zacisze
Social
Building
Association
(TBS),
which
is the
largest
tenement
housing
investor
in the
region
of Małopolska.
Currently,
the
Kliny-Zacisze
TBS
is developing
two
large
housing
estates
in Kraków.
The
first
one
is located
in Halszki
Street
(the
district
of Kurdwanów),
while
the
other
one,
called
the
"Pod
Klombami,"
is in
Rydygiera
Street,
at Rżąka.
The
first
estate
will
have
235
flats
and
the
second
will
have
208
ones.
Among
other
things,
the
flats
will
be furnished
with
their
own
water,
electricity
and
district
heat
meters.
"At
the
moment
the
flats
are
transferred
to tenants,
they
will
be completely
ready
to move
in,"
stressed
Ms.
Irena
Szokalska,
the
TBS
representative.
"Floors
in rooms,
in halls
and
in service
premises
are
covered
with
carpet
finish,
those
in kitchens
are
finished
with
panel
flooring,
and
glazed
tiles
are
in bathrooms.
Kitchens
are
furnished
with
electric
stoves,
bathrooms
and
toilets
have
wash
basins
with
mixers,
lavatory
pans
and
bath
tubes
with
mixers."
The
offered
flats
has
surface
areas,
ranging
from
26.3
to 93.5
m2 in
the
case
of double-level
flats.
Prospective
tenants
inquired
about
the
rents.
Detailed
information
could
be obtained
during
the
seminar
lectures
on "All
about
the
TBS"
that
were
delivered
in the
Kliny-Zacisze
TBS
office.
The
contribution
share
is,
in the
case
of that
Association,
30 percent
of the
estimated
flat
value:
23,400
Polish
zlotys
(a 26.3
m2 flat
in the
"Pod
Klombami"
estate),
and
35,110
Polish
zlotys
(a 36.3
m2 flat
in the
"Halszki"
estate).
To this,
one
must
add
the
deposit
to be
paid
by the
tenant,
in the
amount
equivalent
to 12
monthly
rents
(currently
8.05
Polish
zlotys/m2
of the
usable
area).
The
construction
of both
estates
is a
very
quick
one,
due
to the
technology
applied
that
makes
it possible
to build
a house
within
merely
a quarter.
Construction
of the
"Pod
Klombami"
estate
will
be completed
in December
2002,
while
the
"Halszki"
estate
should
be ready
in April
2003.
"During
the
"TBS
Weekend"
we were
visited
not
only
by people
interested
in their
first
flats,"
said
Ms.
Magdalena
Cygorijni,
the
Kliny-Zacisze
TBS
President.
"Also,
there
came
many
other
people,
afraid
of rents
to be
set
free
at the
year’s
end,
as well
as owners
of tenement
buildings,
interested
in providing
flats
to their
current
tenants."
