Capgemini Polska, a Polish company, has become a new tenant in Quattro Business Park office complex in Kraków, to be constructed in Gen. Bora-Komorowskiego Avenue. The company will occupy 10,000 sq.m. in the first of four, fourteen-storey buildings which is scheduled to be opened in September 2010. The investor of the whole complex of the total leasable space of 48,800 sq.m., is the Buma Group. The complex has been designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury Kuryłowicz Associates design office. The general contractor for the whole complex, which will be completed in 2013, is Buma Contractor, one of the members of the Buma Group.
