2008 saw a fast growth of office markets not only in Warsaw, but also outside it. Regional Polish cities have about 413,000 sq m of modern offices at various stages of construction. The fast growth of some regional office markets has meant that more and more international developers are showing interest in those cities. On the other hand, local developers, like the Buma Group in Krakow, Archicom in Wroclaw or Allcon in Tri-City (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot) are strengthening their position. Their newly-built office facilities successfully compete in quality and tenant appeal with those erected by international companies.
