An occupancy permit has been issued for another building in the Quattro Business Park development in Krakow.
Building B is a fourteen-storey class A office block with the floor area of 11,800 sqm, as reported by representatives of the Buma Group, the developer constructing it. Building B will be transferred to the first tenants this month.
Quattro Business Park is a class-A office development with the lettable space of 48,800 sqm being built in the northern part of Krakow in Gen. Bora-Komorowskiego Ave. The development is made up of four fourteen-storey office blocks with a courtyard between them and a multi-level car park with five above-ground and one underground level.
The completed Building A has been leased in whole, while B is being commercialised.
So far, leases have been signed by tenants including Bank Handlowy, the Medicover Medical Clinic and Apply Capnor.
Developer’s representatives quote the offered rent for leasing space in the development at EUR 14 per 1 sqm per month. The entire development is to be completed in 2014.
