Semi-detached
houses
are
built
mainly
in areas
where
the
spatial
development
plan
prohibits
designing
multi-unit
developments
. Such
regulations

market

prediction

this
type
of development
will
be increasingly
frequent
in the
Krakow
cityscape,

also
