The Buma Group is now implementing two office projects and one housing project in Kraków. Recently, it has commenced the construction of the Osiedle Familijne housing estate. The project framework includes a housing estate composed of three buildings, with the total of 320 apartments in there. The first of the facilities, with 90 apartments in it, is scheduled to be put into use in the first quarter of 2012.
Presently, the Buma Group is also constructing an office complex called Quattro Business Park, located in Gen. Bora-Komorowskiego Street in Kraków. The project provides for four class A office buildings, each of them fourteen-storey high. Total leasable floor area of the complex buildings will amount to almost 49,000 sq.m.
The complex tenants will also have a large car park with five on-grade floors and a single underground one, as well as a courtyard with a coffee shop and park furniture elements. Building A has already been put into operation, while building B is under construction and is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2011. Then also the construction of the multi-level parking structure will be completed.
Another Buma's office complex project, called Green Office, is located in Czerwone Maki Street. The complex will be composed of three office buildings.
Total usable floor area of the whole complex will amount to 21,300 sq.m., and also a car park for ca. 600 cars will be provided for the complex tenants and visitors. Presently, two buildings of the complex are under construction. They are buildings A and B, scheduled to be put into use in November and May 2011, respectively.
