The Buma Group, a Krakow-based developer, is commissioning the ONYX office building located in the southern part of the city. The construction of this four-storey class B+ facility, 6,000 m2 in area, has taken 12 months. ONYX will have two main tenants: Electrolux (over 5,000 m2) and Skanska S.A. (847 m2). ONYX is yet another office building completed by the BUMA Group in Krakow, following in the footsteps of Wadowicka 8W, the Buma Square and the Rondo Business Park. This building stands in the Powstańców Śląskich Ave. It was designed by the Krakow-based MOFO Architects.
