The Buma Group, a Krakow-based developer, is commissioning the Onyx office building located in the southern part of the city. The construction of this four-storey B+ class building with the area of 6,000 sq m took one year. ONYX will have two tenants: Electrolux (over 5,000 sq m) and Skanska (847 sq m).
