The Buma Group and Capgemini Polska advised of concluding a new contract for lease of office space in Kraków.
The lease contract concerns 10,000 sq.m. of office space located in Quattro Business Park office complex in Gen. Bora-Komorowskiego Avenue. The opening of the complex is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2010. The project is implemented by the Buma Group.
Capgemini Polska is one of the world's largest companies, providing services in the fields of consulting, IT advising, and outsourcing. The extension of the company's office space in Kraków is related to the contemplated increase in employment in the company.
The lease of office space in Quattro Business Park is advantageous because of the close location of Rondo Business Park, where Capgemini Polska has been operating for last three years, occupying the area of 9,000 sq.m.
The construction of Quattro Business Park complex (Class A office buildings), composed of four fourteen-storey office tower blocks is a project implemented by the Buma Group. The project was launched in autumn 2008. The facility is characterized by its good location, modern architecture, and a very high quality.
The whole project is split into four stages. The first building, the one in which Capgemini Polska has leased its new premises, will be put into operation in September 2010.

The complex will be composed of the following:
- four fourteen-storey office buildings /height +54.94 m/+ a single-level, underground car park,
- a courtyard among the buildings, with a coffee shop and park furniture elements (benches, a fountain, greenery)
- a free-standing building of a multi-level car park (5 ground level storeys / ground floor + 4 ground-level storeys + usable roof/ and one underground storey).
The complex will be implemented in four stages, and the scheduled commission dates are as follows:
- stage I Building A - ca. 12 000 sq.m. – 3rd quarter 2010
- stage II Building B - ca. 12 000 sq.m. and the car park – 4th quarter 2011
- stage III Building C - ca. 12 000 sq.m. – 4th quarter 2012
- stage IV Building D - ca. 12 000 sq.m. – 4th quarter 2013
The whole complex is scheduled to be put into operation in the 4th quarter of 2013.
