The Apartamenty i Mieszkania magazine has recognised the best developers and the most luxurious developments in Poland for the second time. The main price was won by TS lnvest - Tesoro for the Tesoro lvory Residences development in Suchy Dwór by Gdynia.
The final of the "Crystal Apartments 2008" competition took place on January 15, 2009 at the Businessman Institute, Warsaw. This year, Apartamenty i Mieszkania together with Barlinek SA also recognised the best show flats of developments and their designers. This category was won by the Orco Property Group with its show flat in the Mokotowska 59 project, Warsaw. In the category "The Best Show Apartment 2008", the Barlinek company awarded honours to Virke for the show flat at the Nowa Malta Estate, Poznan, while Apartamenty i Mieszkania honoured a flat at the Capital Art Apartments development, Warsaw. The "Crystal Apartments 2008" title and statuette for the most luxurious projects in six regions of Poland were awarded to:
• in Mazowsze - GTC Konstancja for the Konstancja Estate, Konstancin-Jeziorna
• in Lower Silesia - Ghelamco Residential for Rezydencja Tumska, Wrocław
• in Małopolska - KCI Łobzów for Krakowska Kamienica Herbowa "Wrocław", Krakow
• in Małopolska - honours were also awarded to Verona Building for Tarasy Verona;
• in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship - ARNA for Mazury Residence Airpark&Marina, Grajewo;
• Western Pomerania - SGI Baltis for the Garden House Estate, Szczecin;
• Pomorskie Voivodeship - Ekolan for Apartamenty Na Polanie, Gdynia.
The title of the most luxurious development in Poland went to Tesoro lvory Residences in Suchy Dwór by Gdynia built by TS lnvest - Tesoro. The jury also awarded honours to the Mokotowska 59 building by Orco Property Group.
The group of "Crystal Developers 2008" included the following companies: Archicom, ARNA, Grupa Buma, Dom Development, Echo lnvestment, Ekolan, Ghelamco Residential, L & S Homes, Marvipol Development, Religa Development Group, SEI Group, SGI Baltis, TS lnvest - Tesoro, Verona Building and Wilanów lnvestment.
