Location: Kliny-Zacisze housing estate, Wicherkiewicza St.

We offer privately owned flats, registered in the Land and Mortgage Register, in the developed Kliny-Zacisze housing estate, Wicherkiewicza Street. The project provides for the construction of one- and two-room flats on ground floor in existing multi-family, four-storey buildings. All flats shall have individual utility consumption meters and electric heating systems.

The housing estate has already a network of internal roads and car park areas, shops and service outlets, while in the neighbourhood there are two primary schools, a kindergarten, as well as shops and service centres.


The Offer: ground-floor flats, with the surface areas of 31.7 m2 to 61.1 m2

Financing:

I. Reservation Contract
Provides a guarantee that the selected flat will not be sold to any other person within 14 days from the Contract signing date. The Buyer shall have to pay the Reservation Fee in the gross amount of PLN 10,000 (ten thousand Polish zlotys).

II. Preliminary Contract of Sale
The Seller's obligation to sell, and the Buyer's obligation to buy the flat, concluded in the form of a notarial deed or a standard, written contract.
a) 1st payment in the amount of 30% of the gross price, to be made on the conclusion of the Preliminary Contract of Sale (the earlier made Reservation Fee shall be accounted for the sale price)
b) payment in the amount of 70% of the gross price, to be made not later than within three (3) days prior to the conclusion of the Promised Contract of Sale.

III. Sale Contract
Concluded in the form of a notarial deed, after the Buyer has paid the whole sale price, in accordance with the provisions of the Preliminary Contract of Sale. All related official handling charges (the notary public's fee and court fees) shall be paid by the Buyer.
