Buma Group to start building a new housing development in southern Krakow, at the intersection of Cegielniana and Odrzańska streets in the Łagiewniki district.

This small-scale project is to comprises two three-storey housing buildings and a courtyard. There are to be approximately 100 flats in the two buildings, with retail units on the ground floor.

The location of this project ensures good access to the city centre (the Main Square – 4 km, the Main Railway Station – 6 km). Public transport is available in the form of numerous tram and bus lines with stops just a few minutes distant from the estate.

An advantage of the development is its location in the vicinity of retail and service outlets. The estate is not far from the Zakopianka Retail Park, the Solvay Park and the Bonarka City Center shopping malls. There are also primary, middle and nursery schools, crèches, a clinic and a fitness club.
