The Quattro Business Park
Building A
As the first stage of the Quattro Business Park, the 14-storey Building A offering 12,000 m2 of space with its associated technical infrastructure was completed and commissioned. The building was handed over to tenants in September 2010.
The main tenant of Building A is one of the largest global companies providing consulting, IT advisory and outsourcing services: Capgemini Poland (10,000 m2). Over 800 m2 was let to Berner, a company specialising in the direct distribution of industrial goods. The Spacja Restaurant leased over 300 m2 of space on the ground floor of the office block. The tenants also include the Polish Green Building Council and a newsagents'.
Building B and multi-storey car park
An occupancy permit was issued for the second building of the Quattro Business Park – Building B and for the multi-lver car-park. Building B is a fourteen-storey class A office block with the lettable office space of 11,800 m2. The tenants include companies like Bank Handlowy, Medicover Medical Clinic, Apply Capnor. The building is being commercialised. T he multi-level car-park with 5 above-ground and one under-ground level (703 parking spaces). Office Building B and the multi-level car-park will be handed over to their first tenants in January 2011.
The Quattro Business Park is a modern class-A office complex with the lettable space of 48,800 m2 located at 25 Gen. Bora- Komorowskiego Ave., Krakow.
The Quattro Business Park comprises:
• four fourteen storey office buildings;
• an internal courtyard between the buildings with a cafe
and external street furniture (benches, a fountain, greenery);
• a multi-level car park with five above-ground
and one underground level.
The characteristic feature of the entire development is an environmentally-friendly approach and the use of solutions that cut the energy demand of buildings making up the development. Every building in the development is distinguished by modern architecture with a lot of light coming through a modern facade of glass and facade tiles.
