The Onyx office building is a modern class B+ office building with 6,000 m2 of lettable space. It is located in Krakow at 26 Powstancow Slaskich Ave.
The building is distinguished by its remarkable architecture: a modern facade, terraces on the 3rd and 4th floors. Offices have been designed so as to receive the maximum available amount of daylight. They are equipped with air conditioning, ventilation, structural cabling and 3 modern elevators. The ground floor houses the reception and a self-service cafeteria, and underneath it there is an underground car park. The building has 156 parking spaces in total, of which 114 are on the ground-level and 42 underground.
The readers of the Gazeta Wyborcza daily put the Onyx office building forward for the Poll for the Janusz Bogdanowski Award in December 2008. more
