Completed Green Office blocks: Building A and Building B
Building B is the first of three in the Green Office, with the lettable space of 8,000 m2. It has been leased entirely to Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp. z o.o. The building was handed over in early May 2011. It had been fully customised for the tenant’s needs. The floors (other than the ground floor) house open space offices, office and conference rooms.
Building A is the second of three in the Green Office, with the lettable space of 3,300 m2. It has also been let entirely to Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp. z o.o., which has leased altogether 11,300 m2 of office space in the Green Office development. The ground floor of the building houses conference rooms and a cafeteria. Open space offices, meeting rooms and server rooms have been designed on higher storeys.
The Green Office development consists of three four-storey, class A office buildings with the total lettable space of 21,300 sqm. It is located at 82 Czerwone Maki St. in Krakow. The entire development is to be completed in 2012. Its architecture has been designed by the Krakow-based UCEES Architects.
The Green Office is being built with respect for the environment, nature, the landscape and the spatial development order. Design solutions of the load-bearing structure, the facades and internal services are based on energy-efficient, passive technologies with the use of intelligent systems.
