The Buma Group, the developer of the Green Office, would like to announce that the construction of stage 3 (Building C) started in April 2011. The development is located at 82 Czerwone Maki St in Kraków, in a rapidly developing part of the city.
This is a four-storey building with 10,000 sqm lettable space. It will be completed and commissioned in the 3rd quarter of 2012. At present, the building is under commercialisation.
The Green Office development consists of three four-storey, class B+ office buildings with the total lettable space of 21,300 sqm. In early May, Building B (8,000 sqm) was commissioned, and this autumn the Buma Group will also hand Building A (3,300 sqm) over to the tenant. Both buildings are leased by Motorola.
The entire Green Office development is to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2012.
