We wish to advise that in early May 2010 we launched the construction of the 2nd stage of Quattro Business Park office complex. The stage covers the second out our four buildings, each of them fourteen-storey high. The building will be completed and put into use by the end of 2011. The leasable surface area of the building is 12,000 m2. The building will be erected close to Building A, which is scheduled to be opened already in September this year. The whole Quattro Business Park project will be completed in 2013.
