The Buma Group, the developer of the Green Office, would like to announce that on 17 October, the second building of the development, Building A, was transferred to Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp. z o.o. for its occupancy.
Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp. z o.o. has signed lease agreements with the Buma Group for two office building in the Green Office development, with the total lettable space of 11,300 m². The first of them, 8,000 m2 in area, was handed over to the tenant in May. Now Motorola has taken over Building A with the lettable space of 3,300 m2. Its ground floor houses conference rooms and a cafeteria, while upper stories are designed as open space offices, meeting rooms and server rooms. Altogether, over 1,000 people can ultimately work in the two buildings leased by Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp. z o.o.
The Green Office development is managed by Buma Service, a member of the Buma Group with many years of experience in comprehensive property management. The buildings have been fully customised for the tenant’s needs. Magdalena Jabłońska, the Green Office Manager says that "The development management model has been tailored to the high demands of the customer. Together with Motorola we are developing solutions that guarantee professional support coordinated with the company's operations.” This is confirmed by Jacek Drabik, the Country Manager of Motorola Solutions in Poland: “Our relationship with Buma has lasted almost 10 years to our satisfaction. Their careful attention to the customer's requirements, flexibility, knowledge of the specific nature of our business coupled with the timely fulfilment of obligations is the reason why we use their services."
